LAN PARTY 2026: Official Terms & Conditions

1. Access Control and Scheduling

The venue remains operational 24/7 during the event.

  • Zoning: Divided into Public Access and Restricted Access (Participants only).
  • Age Requirements: Minimum 14 years. Under 16s must be accompanied. Under 18s have a curfew from 23:00 to 08:00.

2. Identification Policy

[ID BADGE REQUIRED] - Personal and non-transferable. - Must be visible at all times. - Third-party IDs are strictly forbidden.

3. Code of Conduct

Civility is our foundation. We expect:

  • Respect: Zero tolerance for harassment or aggression.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain your station. Use recycling bins for plastics and cans.
  • Noise: Headphones are mandatory. No external speakers allowed.

4. Electrical and Network Integrity

PERMITTED: 1 Computer/Console + 1 Monitor per seat. PROHIBITED: Coffee makers, fans, heaters, or electric kettles.

Network attacks (DDoS, sniffing) or spreading malware will result in immediate expulsion.

5. Restricted Substances

Smoking/Vaping: Only in designated outdoor areas. Prohibited inside bathrooms and hallways.

Alcohol & Drugs: Strictly forbidden. Consumption or trafficking leads to immediate removal.

6. Intellectual Property

Participants are responsible for their own data. Only personal work or open-source software should be shared. Pornographic material is strictly banned.

7. Sanctions Policy

The organization reserves the right to apply:

  • Verbal Warning: For minor offenses (noise, mess).
  • Temporary Suspension: 1-hour network disconnection.
  • Immediate Expulsion: For violence, theft, or serious cyber-attacks. No refunds.

8. Security and Property

Report any theft to security immediately. The organization is not financially responsible for stolen items. Lost property will be held for one month.

The Organization reserves the right of admission to maintain event reputation and safety.
