Inbox Setup with Labels

First, I logged into my Gmail account from the browser. On the right side, next to my profile picture, I clicked the settings icon, which looks like a gear, and then selected the “See all settings” option.

Then, in the Labels section, I chose to create a new label and gave it a name that helps me identify it, such as “Studies” or “Pending”.

When I receive an email, I can easily label it by clicking the label icon that appears within the message and selecting the label I want to assign. Additionally, I have created automatic filters using criteria such as the sender or keywords, so that some emails are labeled automatically.

Labels appear in the left sidebar, allowing me to quickly access categorized emails and keep my inbox well-organized and clear.
